Mr. Guthrie previously served in several roles at the Company, including as Texas Asset Manager and as Engineering Manager.  Prior to joining the Company in 2004, Mr. Guthrie was employed by Moriah Resources as Business Development Manager, by Henry Petroleum in various engineering and operations capacities and by Exxon in several engineering and operations positions.  He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.
